EUR ING Prof. Ray Wai Man Kong 江伟文教授

Professor Kong leads Broadway Precision Ltd, Eagle Nice Ltd and . He holds more than 18 patents for automated machines and instruments in China, and has served as Executive Director of Automatic Manufacturing Ltd (2013) and Chief Operating Officer of Huaming Optical (2019).

His research interests span robotics, intelligent manufacturing, automation, magnetic-levitation technology, mechanical and electronic engineering, and industrial plant systems engineering. He has authored journal articles in Ocean Engineering and the Manufacturing Systems Journal, and his book Optimizing Garment Production Planning has been published worldwide in six languages.

A frequent keynote speaker and industry advisor, he bridges university research with digital-intelligent manufacturing practice across the Greater Bay Area and beyond.
